The Red Pill Blues Tour[1] is the sixth concert tour by American band Maroon 5, in support of their sixth studio album Red Pill Blues (2017). The tour began on May 30, 2018 in Tacoma, Washington and is scheduled to conclude on August 31, 2019 in Willemstad, after touring North and South America, Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
The tour was announced on October 26, 2017, with American singer Julia Michaels serving as the opening act in the US and Canada.[2]
On August 28, 2018, Maroon 5 announced new dates for Australia, Asia and Europe.[3] Artists, Cxloe (Australia)[4] and Sigrid (Europe),[5] were announced as the tour's opening acts.
